I know. It shocks me too. But I'm actually doing things! Whee! Today I'm hanging with Lisa, this weekend I'm seeing a couple of RP friends - Re and Ollie. Next week I'm meeting an old RP buddy - Tri. Then on the 30th it's the Mob Of Ls to the Death Note movie with the Bleach Mob and meeting three other roleplay peoples! I don't know those three very well yet, but it's still awesome and promising.

My taxes got mailed off yesterday. It's hard to get them in the mail when you don't owe anything and you won't get anything back. But there they go, off to the IRS.

My rent apparently went up last year. And this year. And I got told last week about last year's increase, and I had been misinformed about this years'. I have been discussing it with the rent guy. Apparently I am not on the email list he thought everyone was on. But I now owe money. So I'm paying that off, joy, and... the chances of me getting to see the Bleach Musical are now approximately nil, lol. That's all right. They were already very low.

Unless somehow I manage to finish one of my books and sell it... now there's an idea. My stories' issues are that they have plot. Lots of plot. But... the characters aren't particularly endearing, besides the ones that somehow end up dead. There's the hermit Centaur, the grumpy Gargoyle, the hate-filled Aerie, the untrustworthy and gorgeous Elf, the guilt-ridden Mage, the depressed Nymph... yeah. I need to find stronger voices for them in the narrative.

Anyways. I requested names and nouns for Bleach drabbles. ( Nannete asked first for Jinta and Fish )

Every time I think I'll be done with them for the rest of the month they show up and harass me again.

I'm so tired of our affiliate office. So very, very tired of them.

And now, thanks to them deciding that anything older should just be gone, I've had to delete three hours of precious work for them, and potentially more.

I know, three hours really isn't much in the way of time. But every minute I spend on them just seems like torture anyways, so in my completely subjective viewpoint, those three hours are practically an eternity.

And there will be more from them after their 'team meeting on Thursday.'

There's just... I don't have energy enough to be angry with them anymore. But feeling wiped out by them isn't a better feeling.

Mishima's Yumichika met The Beautiful Suzuki and they're discussing fashion, of course.

The Mishima thing looks like it's settled. It was not nearly as bad as I thought things were going to be. And Maes is awake and eager to leap into things.

There have been a couple of cheerful emails from our pipe major on upcoming events. Granted, he's a very cheerful guy. But there doesn't seem to be any tension there. I'll know for sure when practice rolls around tonight, but... maybe they got things settled. I know our snare corporal was still talking to the pipe major when I got hauled off.

Speaking of being hauled off... that story is a little amusing. One of the other drummers went to my ride and said "Hey, it's Jackie's birthday. She decided to head out to the bar with us." My ride accepted that, grabbed the drums, and left. I got outside to see no car. This was, of course, the one night I forget my cell phone. So I'm standing there wondering if I've been completely forgotten when half the drum corp comes up and says "Hey! You're going out with us! Get in the Corvette!" So I got in the Corvette, and wound up at a bar, drinking Sprite and playing darts. And while they completely kicked my butt at real-life darts, I can take them all in Wii darts any day.

Basically, I'm doing a lot better. Especially since I can eat again today.

I can't remember how to spell proportions. So you get 'size' instead.

Well, Bleach episode 134 was not as bad as episode 133, but it was pretty close. In honor of the fact that a Menos Grande showed up and attacked a CAKE! and that Yumichika DEFENDED SAID CAKE, I wrote a drabble.
